That view from the top!  It's breath taking. A great reminder that to be on the top is just a temporary state.

Path

daily path
We all had once wondered which path we wanted to take on.  And the moment we made that choice, there's really no turning back option.  However, sometimes in that picked of ours, often than not, we rambled.  We lost our sense of direction and we found ourselves wondering.  And we asked ourselves, "What sort of path I trodden?" We're dismayed.  We wanted to retreat and choose a better path.

Little did we know, that path we chose, we discovered top-shelf lessons.   In that moment of silence, we heard ourselves loud and clear than we thought.  We pondered everything around us with inquisitiveness mind.  We stretched our longing hearts to something we never go through.

Don't fret.  We must take heart!

The Long And Winding Journey

At long last, the time has finally come for her to leave for Cambodia.  After 2 years of waiting, literally, it'll soon be over. Only a medium-size luggage and a knapsack with her is totally more than enough to a land where she's about to discover.  The land where she has completely no idea what will transpire for the next years.  All she's confidently know, it's where God called her to go to manifest His grace, power and provision - and all of Him will see her through.  Well, that juncture of her happened 5 years ago.

It has been a humbling and fulfilling years, Cambodia!  You have taught her a lot.  For the last 5 years and 5 months, she has had ample time to discover your wonder and beauty.  Of course, those times we're not all bed of roses for her, but there were bed of nails too.  Yet, all those, she won't trade for any richness this world offers.
Above all, who she is right now, it's because of God - the constant Strength of her heart.  And He isn't finish with her yet.  The long and winding journey in the field isn't the amazing thing ever happened to her without and apart from Him.  Glory to God alone!

Fruitful Harvest In His Vineyard

"The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us.  We have seen His glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth."

I could still vividly remember the first time I came to this village.  That season of greenness and abundance.  Locals were harvesting the fruit of their labor - cucumber, melon, watermelon, corn, beans etc.  I was totally amazed how this vast land producing good crops!

However, way beyond plentiful produce this land has to offer, God cleared the way for us to proclaim the gospel.  Exactly the same season of the year, the seed of faith was planted upon this place.  A huge throng had gathered and heard the timeless message of love and salvation.  And that moment turned fruitfully - number of souls received Jesus.  They are continually coming from then on to learn more from His Word; sharing testimonies of God's power in their lives, plus the manifestation of the fruit of the Spirit.  By God's grace, and without doubt, "He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus."

For you who have been journeying with us from the very first day until now and will continue to do so for the coming years, we thank our God every time we remember you.  In all our prayers for all of you,  we always pray with joy because of your partnership in the gospel.  Together, we press on.
My prayer and trust, that this season will yet open more opportunities to share God's love amongst the locals, and the blessings we received from above will generously overflow for His glory and praise.
Merry CHRISTmas!
